I’m running workshops internally for teams to help them return to work positively and understand how to cope with more changes, working in harmony without resentments with the teams who have been working.
2 HOUR VIRTUAL WORKSHOP - RETURN TO WORK POSITIVELY
This programme can be delivered in a number of ways. The ideal is to deliver the first workshop twice, one for the furloughed people in the team and one for the non-furloughed people. The delivery should take place a week before the furloughed people return to work. The initial workshop will cover:
